Essay 2: Case Study: Jones and Shepard Accountants; Kerzner, pp. 166-168..

Write an analytic case/study-essay (500 word minimum) treating the case of Jones and Shepard and tell what went wrong. Do not neglect the organizational-structural aspects. Consider the problems in terms of systems thinking, and make any recommendations you think beneficial. Note that financial and accounting organizations are almost always organized on a strictly hierarchical and functional basis. Attach to your essay a revised organizational chart to correct the problems described in the case and to accommodate project management.
