 Identify a potential sustainable business opportunity (a new idea or a new version of an existing practice) to improve environmental sustainability in the higher education or healthcare industry. Examine the inputs and outputs of the industry and identify a way(s) to apply a more circular value chain model to the business. Two page executive summary identifying the project, its costs, benefits, the people who would need to be involved in completing it.
