The final presentation is an opportunity for you to reflect on the CountryManager experience and compare your plans versus outcomes. The presentation should be brief and focus on the most important aspects of your experience. Create your presentation as a Voice over PowerPoint®, and post on the discussion board so that is available to the entire class.  Cover at least these points:  1. Highlights of your teams overall experience  2. Your firm’s performance objectives and actual performance  3. Key success factors in CountryManager (or lack thereof)  4. Important PERSONAL "take-aways" from the simulation experience
