  • Create an account and setup a profile
  • Under Track Food & Activity, select Food Tracker
  • Search/input the foods and drinks consumed on the appropriate date (categorize by breakfast, lunch, dinner, & snacks)

View results

  • In SuperTracker, go to Nutrients Report under My Reports
  • Select the date range of your analysis and click the Generate Report button
  • Export the report to a PDF file using the button on the page
