Review the SMART resources in this topic prior to completing this assignment. A SMART design is important to the success of a project. This design allows a project manager to structure a project and track its performance as it is implemented.

For this assignment, you will develop a goal, process objectives, and outcome objectives that apply SMART criteria for an evidence-based intervention to address the health issue affecting the target population identified in your community needs assessment. Review the “SMART Objectives” video in your Topic Resources to help you complete this worksheet. Use the "SMART Plan: Project Goal and Objectives" worksheet to complete this assignment.

You are required to cite to three to five sources to complete this assignment. Sources must be published within the last 5 years and appropriate for the assignment criteria and public health content.

While APA style is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and documentation of sources should be presented using APA formatting guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
