Ask for help for wireshark

Hi, I meet some problem in my lab. I'm too busy these two days and have no time deal with this lab. If anyone know how to operate the wireshark, that will be very simple. Just follow the instruction to finish the very simple lab1, and help me to answer the lab questions. Attach are pdf instruction of the lab. But I need it immediately.
