For this summative, you will create a highly articulate plan to implement Instructional Coaching as a means to support prior recommendations either developed as your summative assessment in a prior course or what you have developed in this course thus far and strongly based upon insights from the professional literature. The intent is to reflect on recommendations you have made related to instructional or curricular theories and describe how to provide specific support through Instructional Coaching. There may have already been a positive impact in your educational setting based on your prior recommendations, but if not all students are achieving at the desired level, then Instructional Coaching could be the missing piece of the puzzle.

For this deliverable, include the following components:

● Describe the student outcomes related to the initiative and how they were identified as being the greatest need at this time.

● Note if the student outcomes were related to a prior initiative and what, if any, improvements have been identified.

● Clearly align the recommendations made to incorporate Instructional Coaching to the supporting research from the professional literature.
