Art timeline

To ensure that you are on the right track with your course-long timeline project, submit your midterm check-in with 4 images, descriptions, location on a timeline, and location on a world map.

These images should represent both the chronological and the geographical span of the course thus far. (In other words, do not focus solely on Europe or Asia or within a specific chronological period). 

Each image, even if taken from the textbook, should be cited following MLA style.  Descriptions and accompanying information for each image should also be cited using MLA.

Each description of your image must consider the broader geographical, chronological, social, cultural, and political sphere in which it was created. Explain how that image fits within its specific context (chronologically, stylistically, and geographically). Descriptions should be at least 250 words each.
