argumentative research

I need two topics about argumentative research paper taking a position on an issue that people disagree in Aviation field.

For each of the two topics explain the issue and controversy in detail. So explain it clearly in 3 to 5 sentence.  Explain the importance of the issue and generally what different positions people take on it.  Second, explain what specific position the topics will take on the issue.  Finally, explain how much knowledge you have on the issue and what kind of research and types of sources you think you might use.
