Applying the Results


Results from a focus group should be analyzed so the information gleaned from the process can be used to make marketing decisions. If the findings are not used then the focus group was a waste of time and resources.


·         Analyze the results in last week’s table of results. How can a marketer use the results from each step of the model to improve the purchase process and marketing communications?
