the first one 

1-  a set of design questions that you are seeking answers to (Note: that these are general questions such as “what types of things do people now do to manage their tasks” – these are not the questions you will ask the user, but the questions you are posing as a designer); 

2- . a description of the user population you are studying and reasons why you chose this user population;  ? 

And this is the idea of the project 

After discussing me and my team found out that it can be hard to access much needed info and buildings without having to go to multiple websites and having a university card on hand at all times. This can be very frustrating to the students that attend the university. Our idea is making an easier way for students to access essential information way easier and finding a better time accessing certain features on campus such as cash, school schedule, card access to buildings, and more.

The proposed idea is making an app for the university that can easily provide the student one central hub that can provide all the information, and card features that the campus has to offer.Currently the university has students use all of these different apps and websites to access different information. This can be tiring, confusing, and a waste of time trying to get to information that students care most about while on campus. With this app it would alleviate the headache students get having to figure out what web-page they have to go to, to get a certain task done.
