Analyzing Diversity Recruiting Materials

Today many organizations make available a tremendous amount of information on their websites to support their recruiting efforts. Go to the websites of 2 of the Top 50 Companies for Diversity (see DiversityInc.com). Then select 2 companies from the Fortune500 who are in the top 50 companies for diversity (see http://money.cnn.com/magazines/fortune/fortune500).  Go to their websites. Examine the degree to which each organization promotes its commitment to diversity using the questions listed under number 3 on page 297 of the Canas & Sondak (2014) textbook to guide your analysis. Describe the strengths and weaknesses of each organization's website in terms of their representations and communications about their diversity commitment.  In a 2-3 page paper, compare and contrast the 2 Top 50 Diversity companies with the 2 Fortune 500 companies. Describe your analysis, key findings, and your conclusions. Utilize at least one of the readings on recruiting in your paper.
