ANALYSIS ON OECD CSR FRAMEWORK

I need the recommendations only in a different slide than the one there 

I would also need a speaker's note attached with citation and references 

considering the actual CSR framework they have what can be improved or developed

 For example, all OECD guidelines are recommendations and are non-binding for members countries so maybe it would be better if they have sort of mechanism or the authority to enforce these policies
