Review chapter 4: Supervising a Diverse Workforce.  Please review the case examples, "critical incidences", on pages 160-169.  Select one of the incidences to discuss. 

In your discussion include the ethical and legal implications of the situation.  

Include information on how you would respond as a supervisor.
