Activity Paper

 Your final analysis paper takes a look at conflicts and climate. You are to choose five conflicts that you have had in the past several weeks. This could be at work at home or anywhere that you wanted to be.

first you will describe the person in which you have the conflict with, second describe the climate in which you had the conflict with the person and finally the conflict itself. Please state whether or not the conflict was resolved with effective and appropriate communication skills used and learned in this class.
