Activity Analysis

Refer to syllabus, building forward from your hypothetical case study you were given in class, and complete an activity analysis for some activities that you are planning to implement for your patient.  Tell me why you are choosing your activities.  Break down the activities into components from simplest to most advanced, showing that the patient will be able to make progress using your chosen activities.  Tell me the domains that you are addressing (Cognitive, Social, Spiritual, Physical, Emotional).    Are there any adaptations that will be necessary for your activity?  How will you implement the activity?
