Accounting for managers

Please go through the attached file carefully. I need 3000 words report in MS word and calculations in MS Excel. Word count 3000 is excluding the numbers and I also need a graph in the word file where it compares the 5 years of data. I need someone who is willing to do some changes if needed. The calculations must be in a tabular form. Find the formulas in the other file. Those ratios and formulas must be used.

Must include atleast 25 references out of which minimum 10 academic references.
