I asked someone to write this proposal and I submitted it without checking. However, my professor told me it has Plagiarism Problem. Therefore please revise it based on this proposal that I'll attach so that I can explain to my professor.
original requirement : " An overview of the proposed project. This should include a statement of your hypothesis, discussion of at least one related journal article in the professional economics literature, a description of the data to be used to test the hypothesis, and citations/references for both the article(s) and the data. Physical description: title page, 1-2 text pages, reference page. "
