A 3 minute Presentation

I have got a  module  Calls interdiction to organisation , enterprise and marketing and they have asked for a presentation and our group splite the work and my bit is ( why is important to understand customer ?) I need 2 slide with with bolit points and explanation so I can explain the resons also, need three references needs to refrence it . Anyone familiar with that work? it’s quite easy but I just don’t have time to do it .
