rationale for that issue. You have discussed the feasibility of conducting a study on the

issue and how you might overcome any challenges to feasibility. You have also speculated

on the methods you might use to conduct the study. With all of this as a backdrop, it is now

time to frame the study and explore the “look” phase. What is the research question that

will guide your work? Will you conduct interviews? Focus groups? Observations? What is

it that you hope to achieve by conducting this study? Over what time period do you

anticipate that the study will be conducted?
