The DNA evidence comes back for a case you have been working, any case. 

The suspect, unaware you have this evidence agrees to speak with you, a police office.  You don’t tell him about the evidence. 

• What questions will you ask him to catch him lying?

Once he starts lying, you then present the DNA evidence. 

• What will you say to get him to confess?

Have fun with this exercise!  I encourage you to write up a full script of what you plan to say.
