Reflect: Climate change has become a very serious threat to our natural environment and to living creatures around the planet. The causes of climate change are complex and fairly well understood while the consequences are even more complex and less understood. Consequently, the policy responses to climate change are multifaceted, controversial, and dynamic. Still, the spatial and temporal challenges created by this forceful environmental process require us to be creative and cognitive of the need to manage risks and vulnerabilities across the spectrum of rich, poor, and differentiated responsibilities.
