20 page paper double spaced APA format

Students will be asked to prepare a research paper  -- approximately 15-20 pages

on some issue or problem in budgeting or taxation (public finance). Please follow APA style. The paper is to be typed double-spaced, with appropriate bibliography/list of sources used. (The Issue covered will be illegal gambling for taxation purposes).
