Write a 500-word welcome letter to next semester’s incoming students. Tell them about how you failed or got tripped up and, more importantly, how you righted your ship. How you got over, under, around or through that pitfall. Give them some advice on how to succeed. What should they look out for? End on a positive note! Give advice. Tips. Stories of success. And, NO NAMES!
