· Research one winery in France. State the name and location of the winery and discuss the region they are located in, who owns the winery, the history of the winery, and the styles of wine the winery produces.

· Choose a second winery in a  completely different region in France. Discuss the second region and highlight the winemaking philosophy/process at that winery. Winemaking philosophies stem from both the owners and vintners at a winery. Remember that a vintner is the person at a winery that is engaged in winemaking. If included on the website, discuss the vintners name, background, education, and type of wine he or she produces.
