How is budding success of yeast impacted by temperature? Does it bud better at cold, moderate, or hot temperatures? Look at your graph to answer these questions. How does 0°C compare with 35°C? How does it compare with 99°C? How does 35°C compare with 99°C? ? Is there a significant difference in budding between temperatures? Remember that a significant difference is not the same as simply a difference. In other words, just because you see a differrence, that does not necessarily mean that there is a significant difference. With that in mind, what conclusions can you draw from your results about yeast budding and temperature?
