INTRODUCTION
Academic Affairs and Training Department
The Academic Affairs and Training Department provides the necessary programs and services to develop the skills of employees according to their specialized fields. It also offers continuing medical education programs, in addition to training for postgraduate students and providing life support programs that ensure the expansion of learning opportunities.
Technical Skills Center
The center is the unit that provides a series of training courses and activities approved by the American Heart Association and Saudi Heart Association aimed at providing competencies in the field of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, life saving and emergency preparedness in line with the vision , mission and values of this organization
The courses are:
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Advanced Trauma Life Support(ATLS). ), Disaster Management and Emergency Preparedness (DMEP).
VISION
The acadimec affaires and trainning adminstration aspires to be the best training center among all training of MOH .
MISSION
THE ACADEMIC AFFAIRES AND TRAINING AIMS TO PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY TRAINING AND EDUCATION FOR HEALTH STAFF ACCORDING TO NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL QUALITY STANDARDS USING THE AVAILABLE MEANS AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL TECHNICAL EXPERTISE .

In 2020 we worked many programs or courses for 2560 trainees , except for some months in which training was stopped due to the corona virus .

There is no enough budget for making all programs
Some of trainers can not come to center because they have excuses .
We can not doing programs for a long time because corona virus and curfew .
