Introduction:

One cause for being tired is due to work demands. Some jobs demand a lot from their workers. For example, my mother’s job demands a lot from her. Not only does she have to complete her job duties, but she may have to complete others’ job duties too. Thus, work demands can cause tiredness.

Moreover, another cause for being tired is due to not eating breakfast. It is recommended to eat a good, strong breakfast; however, some people do not eat one, and this can cause them to become tired. For example, if I do not eat a good breakfast, I can become very tired. Therefore, not eating breakfast could cause someone to become tired.
