To clarify the instructions for this week, you are to create a total of 6 assessments, 3 graded and 3 ungraded. Also with each assessment you must have a student copy and a teacher copy that includes a key, grading information and how you will use the results of the assessment to drive instruction moving forward.
Only 4 of your assessments must be original (you create them) and 2 can be from another source. Keep in mind that if you use an assessment from another source, you still must include the teacher's copy that includes a key and information on how you will use the results of the assessment to drive instruction moving forward. Please make sure you cite your resources.

Create a minimum of three (3) graded and three (3) ungraded assessments for your chosen standard.
