Felicity is a hardworking nurse who balances work and family life very well.
She shows her ability to work even in demanding conditions and always shows her positive emotions towards work and attending to her patients.
She likes her family so much, and it is one of the reasons she works extra hard.
For her, working hard is not a choice by any means.
She is the sole family provider, and her family members look upon her for the daily bread.
Goals
This is the reason she is actively looking for a higher-paying nursing job.
However, she is in a dilemma because she cannot abandon her family and hometown.
Challenge
At her current level of income, she struggles a lot to provide for her family and save at the same time.
Why isn’t this a smoothly flowing paragraph? Why do you have a list of sentences? What is the task she’ll be performing online that you’ll write your paper 2, instructions, on? What are her pain points? Please reread the description of the assignment.

Samantha, a 20-year-old student
Samantha is one unique kind of girl. She is a student who does not learn because it is the normal way of life, but to her, learning is the only way she can change her family's lifestyle.
Goal
She does embrace her position as a student to pursue the dream of her and her family. She properly understands what she means to her family, and she considers herself an asset to her family. By working hard, her dream is to become successful in her career.
She believes she will get into the job market after she is done with school soon.
She will get her financial life collected and invest in her household.
Challenge
She will be happy that day she will see her family living a better life than it was while she was at college.

Christian, a 30 years old man who has no job
Christian is just a young who used to work and provide for his family from overseas. However, he was one day affected by the decision by the employer to fire some staff because of a different situation that transpired at his former place of employment.
Goals
His main goal is to secure yet another job opportunity.
He is actively and willingly looking for a new job venture to secure his family's daily bread.
If he does not work, his family will go hungry.
He does not want his family to go without food, even for a day.
Challenges
His main challenge is getting criticized for his employment status by many people. These people have no clue what is going on in his life.

Then too, try to apply some technical writing principles to your document: single space, use subheadings, make title informative by revealing the purpose of this document. Always bold titles and headings. Perhaps use the APA title page for the assignment details and keep the title for the paper at the top of the paper. In other words, differentiate between the assignment information, such as course, assignment 1, professor's name, etc., from the actual document.
