1.1.1. A name for the project (it does not have to be the name of your final video)
1.1.2. Budget information 1.1.3. A list of group members and their roles 1.1.4. The project's objectives 1.1.5. The main criteria for determining success 1.1.6. An outline of approach 1.1.7. The time frame in which it will be completed
2. Scope Statement 2.1. Create a group Scope Statement
2.1.1. Product characteristics and requirements 2.1.2. Summary of project deliverables 2.1.3. Acceptable success criteria
3. WBS 3.1. Create a Group WBS
3.1.1. Must use PMI’s 5 process Groups 3.1.2. Must be based on Scope Statement 3.1.3. Must breakdown all elements required to complete the project into
individual tasks 4. Milestone List
4.1. Create a Milestone List 4.1.1. Include at least five milestones with estimated completion dates for those
milestones 5. Cost Estimate
5.1. Develop a project cost estimate 5.1.1. Estimate must be based on if a it was developed by a business 5.1.2. Estimate number of work hours to complete 5.1.3. Determine reasonable hourly rates
5.1.3.1. Cite references 5.1.4. Include all additional resources and cost
5.1.4.1. Such as hardware, software, materials, etc... 6. Quality Checklist
