KENTUCKY STATE POLICE KYIBRS SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT (WALKER)

INVESTIGATION:

September 17, 2007 / 1222 hours.

I received Brent Smith's banking records from U.S. Bank regarding my subpoena request. The dates regarding these· records are June 18, 2007 through September 14, 2007. During a review of the records I noted several transactions of interest.

On July 2, 2007 there was a purchase made at Grandpa's gun store located in Clarksville Tennessee ($104.15). This is the location that I along with Det. Johnson had visited regarding a sales receipt that was recovered related to an ammunition purchase at this location. See Det. Johnson's supplement regarding this visit.

On August 24, 2007 a transaction was made at Tactical Gear, Oak Grove Kentucky (26.50)

On September 8, 2007 there was a purchase made at Marathon Oil, Rineyville Kentucky ($44.69).

On September 8, 2007 an ATM withdraw was made at US Bank, Oak Grove Kentucky ($40.00).

On September 8, 2007 a transaction was made at Pilot, Oak Grove Kentucky ($23.00). -

On September 8, 2007 a transaction was made at Marathon Oil, Beaver Dam Kentucky ($3.51 ).

On September 10, 2007 a transaction was made at AAFES, FT. Campbell Kentucky ($83.95); the time of this transaction was 2255 CST. This is the transaction Brent Smith described when he stated he purchased the two military police dispatchers coffee and hot chocolate.

One transaction that was not noted was the alleged purchase of gas at the Pilot Station located in Oak Grove Kentucky. Brent Smith described how he was at this location on September 11, 2007 at 0130 hours CST.

Based upon the attached bank records to include the interview of employee(s) at the Pilot Station special agent Mike Collins had conducted (DCIS), Brent Smith's debit card wasn't used at this location as he described in his interview.
