INTRODUCTION:
Chaplains are well aware that their secular organizations often have primary purposes, plans, policies, procedures, and practices that put chaplains on the margin of things--until they are needed! It behooves chaplains to be fully involved in institutional programs in order to ensure that the chaplain's program is integrated with, supportive of, and even transformative of corporate culture and organizational mission.
LEARNING GOALS:
· List 5 of the Christian leadership qualities listed in our resource that you wish to improve upon and develop further in your own ministry.
· Discuss how you will leverage institutional dynamics to multiply the fruit of your ministry.
