Project Title: Walmart Online Business Opportunity
Based on the SWOT analysis, alignment of the business goals with the mission statement Walmart has the opportunity to increase the number of customers and promote the sales through online business to reach out to the developing nations due to the competition presented by Amazon, (Banerjee, 2015).

PROJECT JUSTIFICATION
Walmart has the potential to increase its brand awareness in online retail business by targeting countries that can accommodate the warehouses and increase the number of customers and sales. The strategy to lower the prices for customers across the globe are the strength of the company and a smart move that will earn the company potential customers, (Smithson, 2019). Walmart's success depends on the enhancement of sustainability in their operations and supply chain of the products they provide populations with. They can also build strong communities in the countries they operate. The establishment of the warehouses in the 10 targeted countries will earn the company an economic opportunity regardless of the competitors like Amazon. The objectives of Walmart have a significant role to play in the success of the online business will increase the power of suppliers to global retailers and they will help the organization seek to increase its international presence through e-commerce, (Walmart, 2015).
