Culture: a collection of the values, the expectations, and the practices
These elements of culture helps in guiding and informing the actions of all the team members.
Culture is a collection of traits
Culture gives the true picture of the firm
Culture makes the company look like what it is.
Culture is created through a consistent and authentic behavior (Liu & Lin, 2020).
This is the collection of the values, the expectations, and the practices that helps in guiding and informing the actions of all the team members. It is a collection of traits that makes the company look like what it is. The creation of the organizational culture occurs through a consistent and authentic behavior.

The Organizational Culture of Walmart
There are four values guiding the organization.
The values include service to customers, respect to the individuals, striving for excellence, and acting with integrity.
These values are practiced daily
They are focused on helping in delivering business outcomes
They are also aimed at creating a culture of inclusion.
Walmart expect its employees to act with integrity
Workers are also expected to be honest and say truth.
Workers are expected to give suggestions for making new policies and decision making (Rogers, 2018).

The importance of Walmart Culture
The culture of Walmart is based on the equal treatment of employees.
The organization is free from color and creed
It strive to excellence.
There is focus on feedback
Promotion of communication with workers is supported.
Listening to workers.
Employees get the opportunities of being provided with incentives on how they are working.
Workers provided with bonuses based on the performance of the store (Liu & Lin, 2020).
The culture of Walmart is based on the equal treatment of employees. This means that the organization is free from color and creed and are striving for excellence. The management focus on feedback and this means that there is promotion of communication with workers. The management also listens to the workers. The employees get the opportunities of being provided with incentives on how they are working. Whether working as part time or full time employees, the workers are provided with bonuses based on the performance of the store. The workers also receive other benefits such as medical care, insurance policies, and the dental plans.

Walmart organization has hierarchical functional organizational structure.

The hierarchy features is pertaining to the vertical lines of command.

How the manager can strength the organizational culture
Ensure that the respect to the employees is equal to all.
Avoid favoring others.
Increasing diversity
Implementing more effective measures that fulfill respect for all individual component of the organizational culture (Liu & Lin, 2020).
The process of strengthening the culture is to ensure that the respect to the employees is equal to all. There is a need to remove any form of favourism. The management should ensure that there is increase in diversity where by people from different ethnic groups, age, and culture are supported during recruitment. There is a need for the manager to implement more effective measures that fulfill respect for all individual component of the organizational culture.
