Discussion 1: From SFAS to TOWS Matrix in your SA (sections V and VI) 

The SFAS identifies the 10 most important strategic factors. The TOWS Matrix organize the SFAS information into a matrix to think on S/O strategies, S/T strategies, W/O strategies and W/T strategies.

Attach your TOWS Matrix draft and explain one specific strategy from each of the S/O and S/T groups (identify core competencies and distinctive competencies in your explanation). 

Discussion 2: Thinking on Section VI of your SA 

Corporate strategy alternatives direct the firm into growth, retrenchment or stay the same (no-strategy). Pick one of these alternatives and expand their respective functional and business strategies for your firm.
