Strategies that can be applied to the beauty company I am working in
Beauty companies are facing stiff competition. Different brands have adopted strategies that help them to compete in the market. The company can acquire strategies such as putting the customers' needs first. Meeting the needs of the customers leads to the business having loyal customers. This increases the company's competitive advantage (Shojaeddini et al., 2019). Putting the customers' needs first means understanding their shopping preferences and budgets and tailoring products that fit these needs. Another strategy that can be adopted in the beauty company is CSR. This ensures that the business processes are efficient and the company benefits from reduced costs, allowing them to use prices to compete
