Topic: Ethical Leadership of Barrack Obama

I chose this topic because it is interesting to cover ethical leadership approaches, as implied by the Former United States President, Barrack Obama. I will also utilize the aspects of ethical leadership covered in the class to come up with viable ideas regarding leadership and moral standards in contemporary society. I believe that President Obama was ethical and concerned about democracy since he was a democratic leader with ethics deemed to improve the general well-being, safety, and security of all Americans. He was focused on making America great, and he used all available resources to ensure that every American felt his positive power. Additionally, I will analyze his great insights into healthcare by evaluating the Obamacare Bill that he signed into law to ensure access to quality care for all Americans. Overall, Obama was a great leader that made sure that his moral passion was felt throughout the contemporary American community. He ensured that justice was upheld for all, and equality was prioritized for the good and safety of all Americans. I will cover all the ethical aspects that made him a renowned leader of the most powerful country worldwide. I will illustrate the model of ethical leadership using Barrack Obama’s presidency.
