According to (Kackin et al., 2020) Nursing is a profession that requires one to be always alert when performing his/her duties. This is because there are various problems that individuals go through daily. For example, the outbreak of a pandemic like a coronavirus could cause someone to be in a critical condition this causes panic to an individual and his/her family members and requires immediate intervention by health care workers especially nurses to try and help the affected individual. At the micro-level, the nurses are expected to give medication and look for a better psychologist to help the individual when they are in the health facility. At the Meso level, the nurse is supposed to check how the pandemic is affecting his/her family members. What is the impact of the pandemic on their social lives and how they can overcome the challenges brought about by the pandemic?

A problem to one individual who could be a breadwinner to the family always trickles down to the entire family members. Solving that individual's problem results in the healing of the entire family members. This means that if an individual is treated and discharged to return home with a positive attitude it will always reflect the entire family seeing their loved one in good conditions. Through the above explanation, we can see that there is a close relationship between the micro and the Meso levels because taking care of individual cases results in a collective result.

According to (Deorari & Livesley, 2018) the core function of the health care workers is to make sure that the safety of the patients and the general public is paramount. This means that when a nurse is attending to a patient he/she is not only attending to an individual but also his/her family at large. Taking care of the patient's health and giving psych-social advice always makes them have confidence in the healthcare system. This means offering services to a patient means taking care of all his or her family members.
