You are CEO of a business global company in the U.S. and have expanded to an international area where you plan to incorporate the local business culture of the company you have merged with. You and the CEO of the local company sit down to draw up the final plan for this integration of global and local companies which will glocalize the organization.

Your Week 6 assignment consists of providing 1-2 substantive summary paragraphs on the data collected from Weeks 1 through 5 on the integration plan outlined above. You will need to review your data collected as research, including each assignment for each week, in order to provide a brief but substantive summary for each week.

Part 1 Part One should lay out the demographics and organizational structure of both the U.S. global company and the local company, including the geographic location of the local company.

Part 2 Part Two will compare and contrast management and leadership strategies evident within the local company with those of the U.S. global company.

Part 3 Part Three incorporates evidence of organizational behavior theories within both organizations and how these contribute to the structure, function, and outcomes including essential leadership and communication skill requirements of each company.

Part 4 Part Four identifies the leadership and communication skills needed by employees from both companies and how you plan for these employees to acquire these skills. It will also include an analysis of the steps you plan to use to integrate the organizational cultures of both companies including integration of relevant cultural holidays and customs for each company as well as cultural expectations of each culture and an analysis of the function of each company and the steps necessary for integrating these

Part 5 Part Five analyzes the outcomes of integrating of the global and local companies in the chosen country including the metrics used for integrating the two companies
