In your presentation include the following:

Type of Slides to Use:

Slide 1: Title of Presentation

Slide 2: An introduction outlining the rationale and goals of the project (You may use bullet points to do this).

Slide 3: Box plots showing the occupancy rates for each day of the week. Include your interpretation of results; i.e. what are the box plots telling you. (use more slides for this if you need to) Provide an analysis of the box plots.

Slide 4: Box plots showing the occupancy rates for each parking lot. Include your interpretation of results, i.e. what are the box plots telling you. (use additional slides if you need to). Provide an analysis of the box plots.

Slides 5 & 6: Scatter plots showing occupancy rate against time of day for your two selected parking lots. Include your interpretation of results, i.e. what are the scatter plots showing you? (use additional slides if you need to) Provide an analysis of the scatter plots.

Slide 7: Recommendation for continuing (or not) with the implementation of this project

Slide 8: Any references that you used in creating this presentation.

Note:

If you are unable to show the time stamp on the scatter plots, just make sure that you are able to identify the day of the week and occupancy rate for each day.

Don’t worry about the “voice over” . . . . just make sure that you put your script for each slide in the notes section for each slide . . . .

Remember, the best power points have the least amount of words, with the script being the “carrier of the message”. Therefore, bullets on the slides are fine . . . your script should explain each slide.
