1. Document the risk triggers for each identified risk in the risk register 2. Describe the general processes that should be followed in managing risks throughout

a project. Be sure to include the general sequence in which these processes are carried out

3. Provide details about actions that will be taken to reduce the risk, owner of each action, and date of completion of each action

4. Be sure your mitigation plan includes how the project team should communicate risks to the project manager, and how the project manager should communicate risks to stakeholders
