· Evaluate communication and collaboration between agencies during all phases of emergency management for your EOP.
· Summarize resources available to effectively evaluate the EOP.
· Analyze current policy challenges and opportunities in your EOP.
· Critique how a historical analysis of disasters within a community may influence the EOP.
Based on the weaknesses identified during your evaluation, create a revised portion of the emergency operations plan that incorporates the recommendations that will improve the emergency operations plan for your city and a plan to keep the emergency operations plan current.
