Business Problem and IT Solution
The goal of this new AirWatch Workspace One app system is to replace the current MDM and website which is very difficult to use at the hospital. The new MDM app will provide (Intratem Team, 2019):
A dashboard for users that presents key system statistics such as devices, user management, network connectivity of AP (Application Protocol), and data that has been sent between the hospital and external medical devices.
The AirWatch Workspace One app will require authentication and will need to allow user management on both platforms: MDM (for hospitals), and website (for patients). Also, there will be a need to implement a dashboard on the website that presents statistics over AP, as well as show-related information such as security breaches (Service Owner, 2021).

The Important Considerations for The IT Solution
The new AirWatch Workspace One app and web technologies will allow the hospital staff to enter clinical data directly into the database of the content management system (CMS). This will interface seamlessly with the hospital’s other IT systems (Admin, 2020).
The implementation is not just for doctors and nurses but also includes administrative staff who will use it on a daily basis.
The new MDM app will include a Unified End Point, an Application, a Simplified Security, Access, and Lockdown feature management (Cooper, 2020).

The TOGAF Elements Integrated in My IT Solution
TOGAF is vital to the success of the New Shareware App at the hospital.
The TOGAF includes a fundamental framework called the Architecture Development Method (ADM) (Girsang & Abimanyu, 2021).
Based on this framework, I tried to implement the phase of the architecture view, vision, strategy, and implementation.
By following this process, I got a chance to visualize how the app should be implemented, planned, and integrated within the hospital institution.
TOGAF and ADM are basic architecture enterprise techniques to successfully plan and maintain the efficiency of any IT solutions such as the one I had developed when I saw that paper records made the hospital’s staff and patients tiresome (Girsang & Abimanyu, 2021).

Benefits
It will gradually reduce the amount of time spent accessing and entering data at the hospital.
It will certainly improve the process of data management and processing with fewer security issues.
It will provide instant access to task logs can provide valuable insight for administrators managing remote access opportunities
Improvement
It will work to let staff know when a patient starts or stops using their breathing machine, allowing them to refill one when needed especially with the spread of COVID-19 epidemic.
The AirWatch application will provide a screencast solution, which may be important when it comes to securing patient data or content due to HIPAA guidelines.
It will save time, human resources, and budget of the hospital.

The outcomes of the IT solution for Stakeholders:
Investing in the application as it can gradually improve record-keeping, staff performance, and patient health.
Today’s world is need of updated version of management systems like the AirWatch application to promote global and efficient practice for both health employees and patients.
The application will save large amounts of money spent on other systems that do not deliver the required performance.
