Classification of Projects |
The classification of projects varies from various types of industry/project as per the various factors related to it some of them are · Conflict Intensity · Cost Control Level · Time Management · Importance of the organizational structure If there is a development in an Aerospace Industry then all the factors must be considered actively and should make the agreements in paper work module. |
After getting a decent part time job, I learned that to complete the job on time my supervisor told me to look and how the things are organized and make sure to organize the work according to Time Management. After that I started to learn and started to set the things in proper way and finish my job on time. |

Project Governance |
It is a framework which is controlled for only one project. There are various types of Project Governance in terms of Structure they are · Colocated – A single person act as a sponsor · Projectized – This Project Governance is based upon the size of the project and the number of partners · Geographically dispersion – This type of project governance can include stakeholder membership · Locally dispersion – A single person act as a sponsor but the internal committee based upon project complexity |
In my final year graduation, me and my friend had to submit the Project on the topic of Online commerce system which was successfully accomplished In starting stage, we were ambiguous as would should take responsibilities regarding the research, hard copies of sample projects and overview. After two days of project imitation we decided to make a proper planning as who are expert in various task and prepare the report on each task related to it so it will reduce the confusion about the project and lead to the perfect grades. |

Portfolio Reflection
In Week 6, I got to learned about the difference between Governance of Project and Project Governance as it leads to different way of path of project controlling. The Project Governance is a framework which is used to control only one project and Governance of Project is which is used to control more than one Project. Also the roles associated to the various managers regarding the project approval has been received as per the agreement has been granted.

During my teenage I used to thought that whatever you think it will get done by itself and you will never face any regrets as you have thought about it. Few years after I got a lesson myself that whichever thing or goal I want to achieve you have to be work for it and make sure that each phase have to crossed so that it will be success and you can consider that you achieved it with honestly. |

Life Cycle Phases |
Life cycle phase is to provide a methodology for consistency in a specific phase of the project. After the completion of each phase, the organization makes a checklist for the reliability. The life cycle phases are provided benefits to control each of it in singularly. After each phase,, the organization sets a meeting to eliminate the problem as the mangers should avoid fund for specific phase rather than asking funds for entire project. In each meeting the organization takes the decision with following actions · To proceed with next phase with approved fundings · To proceed the next phase either from starting stage or from modified set of objectives · Termination of the project · Approval for more days based on a requirement of additional information.

In Week 7, the topics which I found to be very useful are about the total program scheduling and the complexity of one of the life cycle phase is Planning which requires to be more focussed regarding to specific managers as what is there main role is required to involve in Planning phase.
