This register lists the key stakeholders and arranges them according to their relationship with the project, ability and some other characteristics that will act as a guide for the employees.
According to table 1, five major stakeholders are identified in case of Alipay. These stakeholders include:
· Managers
· Business Partners
· Customers
· Researchers
· Developers
Business partners fully engage in the activities of the company while managers are the ones look after all the managerial concerns of the company effectively. Customers are like the monitors in the working of the company and researchers are important for providing the required data. Developers also have the responsibility of passing on the data however, they are more important as well since the developers are making the online third party system work. However, there are other stakeholders involved as well such as sponsors and regulators who fall in the category of management concerns.

Stakeholder influence/interest matrix:
Living up to the expectations of the stakeholders is one of the hardest tasks. In this case, stakeholder influence/interest matrix can prove useful as this matrix will help in understanding the diversion of attention as soon as the situation faced changes. This matrix will be offering a qualitative analysis of the situation along with the areas of risk management. At present, there are issues in the management of the company which includes poor management. The absence of a sorted out technique and clear targets is a factor that would block fruitful accomplishment of the stakeholder objectives.
