Your task is to analyze in detail how Globalization affected (and continues to affect) a specific home country. Please refer to the textbook for elements to include in your analysis (i.e., Exports/Imports, Balance of Payments, Trade Deficit/Surplus, Gross Domestic Product, Gross National Product, Budget Deficit/Surplus, Foreign Direct Investment, Joint Ventures, Mergers, Acquisitions, Labor Laws, Tariffs, Trade Barriers, Inflation, Outsourcing, Offshoring, Trade Agreements, Supply Chain, etc.).
The purpose of the assignment is for you to learn about globalization and its effects on your home country. Please focus on quality rather than quantity. Think inside and outside the box. List the pros and cons. The more in-depth analysis you conduct, the more you will learn about Globalization and the better understanding you will have of international business.
Prepare a minimum of 8-10 pages (not including Title Page and References list) 7th Edition APA-formatted paper. The paper must include 6 references (your textbook should be one of the references).
You must address the following points in your paper:
1. Discuss globalization’s effects on the political, legal, ethical, financial, economic, and technological environments.
2. Discuss globalization’s effects on culture, diversity, and cross-cultural communication.
3. Choose a home country (not the USA) and an industry within it. Explain your home country’s global strategy formulation and its implementation to achieve sustainable competitive advantage by using strategies related to at least 4 areas of international business (i.e., Exports/Imports, Balance of Payments, Trade Deficit/Surplus, Gross Domestic Product, Gross National Product, Budget Deficit/Surplus, Foreign Direct Investment, Joint Ventures, Mergers, Acquisitions, Labor Laws, Tariffs, Trade Barriers, Inflation, Outsourcing, Offshoring, Trade Agreements, Supply Chain, etc.).
4. Discuss how your home country manages its international relations and apply decision control theories to business situations.
5. Explain the roles played by the Human Resource department in international business. Included in your discussion at least 4 different areas of International HR (i.e., recruitment, selection, retention, legal policies and regulations, ethical practices, policy development, training, cross-cultural communication, etc.)

General APA Guidelines for this paper:
Your APA paper should be typed, double-spaced on standard-sized paper (8.5" x 11") with 1" margins on all sides. You should use 12 pt. Times New Roman font. Include a page header at the top of every page. To create a page header/running head, insert page numbers flush right. Then type "TITLE OF YOUR PAPER" in the header flush left using all capital letters. The words Running head must go before the title on the Title page header ONLY.
Major Paper Sections
Your paper should include three sections: the Title Page, Main Body, and References. An Abstract is not necessary for this paper.
Title Page
The title page of your paper should contain the title of the assignment, the author's name (your name), the institutional affiliation (University), and course code. Include the page header (described above) flush left with the page number flush right at the top of the page.
TITLE OF YOUR PAPER/CASE ASSIGNMENT
Type the title of your case assignment in upper and lowercase letters centered in the upper half of the page. All text on the title page, and throughout your paper, should be double-spaced.
Beneath the title, type your name: first name, middle initial(s), and last name.
Beneath your name, type the institutional affiliation (Keiser University), and then the course codes on the line below.
BODY OF PAPER
Begin the body of your text by typing in your full title on the top of the page. The title must be centered. This is a [Level 1] Heading. Then press the Enter key once, change your alignment to left, and begin typing. Each paragraph must be indented by ½ inch. The body of your paper should be 3-5 pages in length.
REFERENCES PAGE
The References page is the last page of your paper. This should be a new page, and the word “References” should appear at the top of the page. The title should also be centered. This is a [Level 1] Heading
1. Only include works used in the paper on your works cited page.
2. Each work should be listed alphabetically by last name.
