Week 4 Discussion

This is a discussion form that is mandatory part of this course.  The idea is to create collaboration amongst your cohort and stimulate intellectual conversations.  The instructions are as follows.

Your initial post MUST be at least 250 words and contain at least two scholarly references 

All of your post CANNOT all be on the same day.  Thus, you must post on at least two seperate day in a week. 

 

Discussion Questions:

1. Is it ever OK for a manager to be friends with their employees?

2. Two of your employees come to you with a complaint about another one of your employees. You’ve never personally observed the behavior they are complaining about. Do you confront the employee? If so, do you mention the complaints?
