1. You will review and critique the attached peer-reviewed journal articles throughout the course. Each article must be:

· Current (within the last 5 years)

· From a peer-reviewed journal

· On the assigned topic for each review (see list below)

· Related to students with autism

2. Each review must be:

· At least 1 page (double-spaced)

· At least 3 paragraphs, including:

i. Introductory paragraph that summarizes the article

ii. Analysis of the author(s)’ key points

iii. Personal reflection that also includes a summary statement on the overall effectiveness of the article

· In current APA format, including

i. Margins

ii. Font style and size

iii. In-text citations

3. Each review must include a:

· Cover sheet

· Reference list that begins on a separate page with any citations in current APA format

4. Journal Article Reviews will be evaluated based on the corresponding grading rubric.
