Discuss the types of services your firm will offer.

Analyze the need for these firms. This may require some research.

Select the consulting firm you will create. This may be from your Week Two list, or it may be a new idea based on your review of your skill matrix or needs assessment.

Write a 350- to 700-word paper that includes the following:

The name of your firm

A description of the firm you will create

A description of the types of problems and issues your firm will address

A description of the services your firm will offer

A statement explaining why this firm is well suited to the team members’ skills
